On the 15th of each month Yuwie will sit down and decide how much each upload, blog entry, click is worth based on how much advertising money they made the month before. That amount is called the RSR - the rate at which they will share their revenue generated.
The example they gave in the introduction was .50cents. That means that you "could" make .50 for each picture upload, comment you make on blogs, pictures, etc. if .50 is the RSR that they pick.
So on September 15, they will decide what RSR to give for the month of August. That is why it is hard to tell right now what you will make, but as popular as this site is Quickly becoming, it is going to be worth it.
